60ml @republic_of_fremantle Vodka
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds or until the shaker is chilled. Strain into rocks glass over ice and garnish accordingly.
