Mai Lady Sour


45ml Prohibition Gin

15ml Massenez Triple Sec Liqueur

20ml Vedrenne Orgeat Syrup

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Egg White

Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon


Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake (without ice). Wet shake (add ice). Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
