60ml Prohibition Gin

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Raspberry Cordial

30ml Aquafaba (Vegan) or 1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a sexy coupe and enjoy!
