60ml Nosferatu Pavlova Gin @nosferatu_distillery
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Passionfruit
10ml Simple Syrup
30ml Aquafaba
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake, add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe.
