Finally cracked open the gin I made last year with @bassandflinders. I really wanted to name it something punny, but all I could think of at the time was naming it after myself 😂
50ml Emily’s Gin
30ml Fresh Orange Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Rosemary Syrup
Egg White
Garnish: Dehydrated Orange Wheel @thecanberradistillery
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into rocks glass over ice and garnish with dehydrated orange.
