Amaretto & Passionfruit Sour

45ml The Botanist Gin @thebotanistgin

15ml Massenez Amaretto Liqueur @massenez_au

15ml Massenez Passionfruit Liqueur

15ml Sugar Syrup

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Aquafaba

Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon or Passionfruit

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a glass of choice and garnish.
