Blood Orange & Rosemary Gin Sour


50ml Gin

30ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Egg White

15ml Rosemary Syrup*

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig & Blood Orange Grind


Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker without ice and dry shake for 12 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for another 12 seconds or until the shaker is frosted. Strain into a chilled tumbler like this one from Mr Consistent and garnish accordingly.







*Rosemary Syrup: chop 4 sprigs of Rosemary leaves in rough cuts and place in a pot with 100g sugar and 50ml of water. Bring to a high simmer and take it off heat to chill and steep. Leave for a minimum of 30 minutes, overnight is preferred.
