Dazed and Confused


45ml Ahus Avavit 15ml Lemon 4 dash Cardamom Bitters 15ml Low Sugar Orange Cardamom Syrup 1 BS Simple

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass. Then pour that into cocktail glass and somewhat sealed in the mixture with a clear cylinder block.

Mix 15ml Cointreau with a bar spoon of clarified orange to dye it red. Pour the red spirit on top of the ice and it should form a red bar on top. Even with the possibility of the spirit sinking to the bottom or mixing in, the cylinder would block it, up until the moment the drinker took their first sip (causing the seal made by the ice to release) Photo credit: @ryeremedy #CocktailsAustralia
