45ml Empress Gin 30ml Young Coconut Juice 22ml Coconut Cream 15ml Yuzu Juice 15ml Pineapple Cordial 3 Sage Sprigs, to muddle

Combine sage and gin into shaker tin. Lightly muddle sage then add the rest of ingredients. Fill with ice and shake for 5 seconds.
